SPOOKY NIGHT CRAWL AT TOBAGO EDITION OF ANIMAE CARIBE: A THRILLING ADVENTURE AWAITS! 

Prepare for a spine-chilling adventure like no other at the Tobago Edition of Animae Caribe 2024! On November 2nd, as the sun sets over Kilgwyn Bay, the island will come alive with the Night Crawl – Tobago Trek Experience, a live-action role-playing event that promises to blend the eerie allure of Tobago’s folklore with modern-day interactive elements. This immersive experience will take participants on a thrilling journey through some of the island’s most significant cultural and historical sites, all while unraveling a mysterious tale that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

The adventure begins at 4:30 PM at Kilgwyn Bay, where participants will be introduced to the narrative—an ominous tale of the mythical Lagahoo, a shape-shifting creature known to terrorize the night. With clues hidden along the route, you and your fellow adventurers must work together to uncover the Lagahoo’s identity before it’s too late. The trek will take you through key locations like Moon Over Water Bar, Fort Bennet, the Mystery Tombstone, Jah’by Creative Arts and Craft, the legendary Silkcotton Tree, and finally, Castara Beach. To amplify the experience, we’re incorporating a unique Augmented Reality (AR) component. As you move from location to location, you’ll use your phone to reveal folklore characters hidden in culturally significant spots, like Fort Bennet. This blend of tradition and technology showcases our commitment to digital transformation on the island.

Adding to the thrill, participants will receive Survivor and Victim cards, setting the stage for a night of suspense. Themed bars along the route will serve signature cocktails, and you’ll be treated to cultural performances at the start location and on the bus. Clues will be hidden throughout the trek, leading to a fireside gathering where you can share tales while enjoying traditional roasted breadfruit and corn.
